The Pace Roofing Team has a fantastic reputation when it comes to quality and excellent service in both the commercial and residential roofing industry. We have been located in Palm Beach County since the beginning, which is 1988. In the residential field, we specialize in cement/clay tile roofing systems, asphalt/fiberglass shingles and metal roofing systems. We can perform re-roofs, repairs and can install all aspects of roofing details such as chimneys, gutters and skylights, as well as detailed wood work.
On the commercial side of things, we have experience with every type of roof. This would include, but is not limited to : single ply PVC & TPO Roofing Systems, Modified Bitumen, BUR, Coating & Waterproofing Systems and Metal Standing Seam Systems. Many of the systems we install have no exclusions for ponding water or animal fats exhausted onto the roof.
We are fully licensed, insured and all of our work is completed to all Florida State and local building codes. Our supervisors are on our job sites every day that crews are working. We use dump trucks, not dumpsters, which are removed daily to ensure the job looks pristine at the end of each work day. Only the latest and most technologically advanced materials available to the roofing industry today are used by our team.
