“Just want you to know that Pace did a very professional, high quality and timely roof replacement on our home. All personnel were hard-working, well mannered, and did an excellent job of cleaning up around the house each day. Pace delivered everything that was promised - and more. All the vent replacements were higher quality than the ones that were initially installed, and the attention to detail that I observed during installation (I was at home each day) satisfied me that my new Pace roof will last many, many years. Pace has roof replacement down to a science, and although anything is possible in the future concerning leaks etc, I do not anticipate any problems based on the materials used and the workmanship I personally observed.
I have been Village Board President of my HOA Board of Directors, with our 37 homes, for 7 years now. Many other homeowners here often come to me for advice on a number of issues, including my opinion on roof replacement.
